ALABAMA
Name:Three Springs, Inc.
Location:Courtland, AL
Information:Three Springs of Courtland is an intensive residential treatment program for boys ages 12-18. The program offers two distinct therapeutic services: One provides treatment for boys with severe emotional and behavioral disorders, while the other provides treatment for boys who exhibit inappropriate sexual behavior.

Location:Huntsville, AL
Information:The programs of The Pinnacle Schools, Inc. provide diagnostic and clinically supported treatment services for struggling teens ages 12-18 and their families.

The therapeutic intervention provided by our programs halts maladaptive behavior patterns and assists teens in discovering their strengths, talents, and potential. The entire wilderness experience promotes esteem-building, new thought processes and communicative skill development. These assets become the tools necessary to build productive self-confident and goal-oriented lives.

Name:Eckerd Academy at Brooksville

Information:Eckerd Youth Alternatives' Outdoor Therapeutic Programs are positive, nurturing residential programs for boys and girls ages 10 to 17 who have difficulty functioning in social, family and school environments. Youth are referred from a variety of sources, primarily through contracts with public agencies.


MINNESOTA
Name:Soltreks
Location:Two Harbors, MN
Information:Established in 1997, Soltreks was founded by Lorri Hanna and Douglas Sabo who noticed students being "missed", "lost", or "hidden" within therapeutic and wilderness programs. With group sizes traditionally of 10-15 students, it became clear to Lorri and Doug that individuals needed a more personal approach toward healing their relationships and themselves.

They developed a program unlike others offering One-on-One treks and named the program Soltreks—the one (solo) trek for the soul-with the intent on making a difference in the lives of children, young adults, and families.


MONTANA

Information:Explorations is a dynamic small program for teens and their families. We provide meaningful and challenging life experiences through innovative outdoor, residential and travel adventures. At Explorations, our 20 years of experience provides guidance and direction to families experiencing difficulties and teaches our students to navigate life without relying on unhealthy and destructive former behaviors.

Name:Project Extreme
Location:Lawrence, NY
Information:Project Extreme is a one of a kind not-for-profit organization, which provides unique, innovative and individualized attention and services for teens-at-risk, their families, and their communities. Teens exhibiting at-risk behaviors have placed their entire social, emotional, familial and academic development in jeopardy. Project Extreme deals with all of these realities with compelling positive outcomes.


NORTH CAROLINA
Name:Stone Mountain School
Location:Black Mountain, NC
Information:Stone Mountain boarding schools for boys is a long-term residential school in an outdoors environment that is geared to help families of boys with emotional issues or behavioral problems.
Name:Talisman Programs
Location:Zirconia, NC
Information:Talisman Programs offer summer camps and semester-length programs for young people (ages 8 to 21) who have learning disabilities, Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, and high-functioning autism.
